Cancellation / Transfer Policy


If you have already booked summer camp week(s) with Triwood Community Association and are looking to either transfer your week (eg. Change from Week 2 to Week 3), or request a refund, please note our cancellation and transfer policy.

  • Withdrawal more than 14 days prior to the start date of the camp week booked is subject to a fee of $25.00. No withdrawal refunds or transfer credit will be issued 13 days before the start of the booked camp week, on or after that date.
  • To withdraw or transfer, please email programs@triwoodcommunity.com. Requests must be made by email only (not phone), and will be considered as of the date the email is received.
  • Late withdrawal will not be eligible for refund or transfer credit including where due to illness, injury, or weather/conditions.
