CLASS and WORKSHOP REGISTRATION
Payment for class is due at the time of registration. Registration for a class made on the day before a session starts and during the first week of the current session will be assessed a $10 late registration fee.
Cancellations:
A refund will be given minus a $15 processing fee if VAC is notified by student of their cancellation on or before 7 days prior to the start of class. No refund will be given after 7 days.
VAC may cancel a class if there is insufficient enrollment (less than 3) in which case a full refund will be given.
Terms:
VAC reserves the right to cancel any class at any time
VAC reserves the right to not accept a student registration for any reason
Student substitution for a class spot is not permitted
