We collect personal information, including names, contact details, and demographic information, for membership management, activity coordination, and communication, in compliance with PIPEDA. Personal information is used solely for the purposes for which it was collected. We do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent unless required by law. We ensure that third parties handling personal information adhere to privacy and security standards outlined in PIPEDA.

Refunds

Memberships, workshops (including Drop-in purchases), and exhibition entry fees are non-refundable.
The customer must make refunds or transfer requests for CLASSES no less than one week (7 days) before the course’s start date. There are no exceptions.
The customer must make refunds or transfer requests for CAMPS no less than two weeks (14 days) before the camp’s start date. There are no exceptions.
All cancellations and refunds are subject to a $30 administrative fee.

Course Cancellations

If VAM postpones or cancels a class or workshop due to low registration, students will be offered a refund or the opportunity to transfer to another course of equivalent value.
VAM may postpone or cancel a course one week before the start date due to insufficient registration. Students who purchase required materials for a class are encouraged to keep their receipts.
