The Wellington Parks, Recreation, Open Spaces, and Trails (PROST) advisory board is seeking donations to help build a Veterans Memorial here at Wellington Community Park. These funds will be used for the design, engineering, construction, and furnishing of the memorial space. The memorial will feature a U.S. Flag, along with 1 flag for each of the 6 branches of the military, the canon from Centennial Park, and more features based on design and input from our community and board members. We are also in need of sponsors for larger aspects of the design.
