Participants have the option of creating:

a) a digital version (laptop required)
OR
b) hand crafted:
1. vision board with own supplies (poster board, magazines, clippings/personal images)
2. vision board with supplies provided by the facilitator ($20 in cash is payable to the instructor at the first class which includes: notebook, pen, Bristol board, magazines, affirmations)

Les participanets ont la possibilité de créer:

a) une version numérique (ordinateur portable requis)
OU
b) une version artisanale :
1. un tableau de visualisation avec son propre matériel (carton bristol, magazines, coupures de presse/images personnelles)
2. un tableau de visualisation avec les fournitures fournies par l'animateur (20 $ en espèces payables à l'animatrice lors du premier cours, comprenant : cahier, stylo, carton bristol, magazines, affirmations).
