MEDICAL REFUNDS

The WIWC refund policy for medical reasons is as follows:

A member may request a refund for a medical reason during the current session. The member must contact the office and provide written notice regarding the medical refund to complete the refund process. The member will receive a prorated refund and no admin fee will be applied. The WIWC reserves the right to request a doctor’s note. For more information, please contact the WIWC office.

NON-MEDICAL REFUNDS

The WIWC non-medical refund policy is as follows:

A refund may be obtained up to 5 business days before classes begin. This does not include the week just prior to the beginning of your class.
A refund may be obtained within 5 business days before classes begin only if your spot can be filled from the waiting list.
After classes begin, a pro-rated refund may be obtained only if your spot can be filled from the waiting list.
There are no refunds after the 3rd week of classes.

Note that there is a $10 administration fee applied to all refunds.

For all non-medical refund requests, the member must notify the WIWC office in writing to be eligible for a refund. For more information about our policy, please contact the office at 514-695-8529 or e-mail programming@wiwc.ca.

REMBOURSEMENTS POUR RAISONS MÉDICALES

La politique de remboursement de WIWC pour raisons médicales est la suivante :

Un membre peut demander un remboursement pour raison médicale pendant la session en cours. Le membre doit contacter le bureau et fournir un avis écrit concernant le remboursement pour raisons médicales afin de compléter le processus de remboursement. Le membre recevra un remboursement au prorata et aucun frais administratif ne sera appliqué. Le WIWC se réserve le droit de demander une note du médecin. REMBOURSEMENTS NON MÉDICAUX

La politique de remboursement non médical de WIWC est la suivante :

Un remboursement peut être obtenu jusqu'à 5 jours ouvrables avant le début des cours. Ceci n'inclut pas la semaine précédant le début des cours.
Un remboursement peut être obtenu dans les 5 jours ouvrables précédant le début des cours uniquement si votre place peut être remplacée à partir de la liste d'attente.
Après le début des cours, un remboursement au prorata peut être obtenu uniquement si votre place peut être remplacée à partir de la liste d'attente.
Aucun remboursement n'est possible après la troisième semaine de cours.

Des frais administratifs de 10 $ sont appliqués à tous les remboursements.

Pour toute demande de remboursement non médicale, le membre doit en informer le bureau de WIWC par écrit pour pouvoir bénéficier d'un remboursement. Pour plus d'informations sur notre politique, veuillez contacter le bureau au 514-695-8529 ou par courriel à programming@wiwc.ca.
