‘Healthy Relationships’ is a group coaching program open to anyone who is seeking to better their relationships with family, friends, or at work. 

By the end of the program, the participant should have some new skills, knowledge and tools that will serve her in her relationships.

She will be able to:

• Define her role in fulfilling relationships
• Increase Self-awareness
• Avoid codependency
• Set and respect boundaries
• Embrace vulnerability
• Learn to communicate better
• Access her empathy
• Understand conflict management

The group can serve as a safe space where the participants try out the tools they learn…

Instructor: Samina Uddin, BA in Human Relations from Concordia University, Professional and Personal Coaching Certificate from JMSB - John Molson School of Business, Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certification from https://www.6seconds.org/.,  ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential and is working towards a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential with ICF (International Coaching Federation)..

"Relations saines" est un programme de coaching de groupe ouvert à tous ceux qui cherchent à améliorer leurs relations avec leur famille, leurs amis ou au travail. 

À la fin du programme, la participante devrait avoir acquis de nouvelles compétences, des connaissances et des outils qui lui serviront dans ses relations.

Elle sera capable de:

Le groupe peut servir d'espace sécuritaire où les participantes testent les outils qu'ils apprennent...
