YMCA Blue Ridge is located in beautiful Black Mountain, NC. We impact lives, develop youth and shape leaders.
This includes registration for MTG Impact Solutions CoachFest™ 2026. The conference will be held November 4th through 5th in Black Mountain, North Carolina, at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly. Registration fees DO NOT include lodging at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly. You may book your lodging using the link on the CoachFest™ website.
Off-line payment is for those that would like to recieve an invoice and submit payment on a later day.
Check-in for the conference will be on Wednesday, November 4th, at 7:30 a.m. at 84 Blue Ridge Circle, Black Mountain, NC.
For those with lodging check-in will be open starting Tuesday November 3rd at 3:00PM
Registration includes all scheduled conference sessions (keynotes and breakouts), two breakfasts, two lunches, one dinner, and a cocktail reception.
No conference food will be served Nov. 3rd so dinner is on your own.
There are no refunds offered, but conference registration can be transferred to another person.
All registrations made prior to July 31st, 2026, will automatically include an $80 Early Bird discount.
All guests are required to wear name tags while on Blue Ridge Assembly property. Name tags will be provided.
The YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly is an historic site located within the Appalachian Mountains of Western North Carolina. All guests should be aware of the mountainous and wooded terrain. Care should always be taken when walking the Assembly grounds and entering and leaving historic buildings.
Lodging is available on-site at the YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly and you may book lodging at Blue Ridge Assembly registration page.
We offer both Hotel-style and Lodge-style accommodations with single or double occupancy.
Single Occupancy: Private rooms with either a private bathroom (Hotel-style) or a shared bathroom (Lodge-style).
Double Occupancy: Shared rooms. You may request a specific roommate during checkout or indicate no preference. Please note that your requested roommate must also register for double occupancy. If your requested roommate does not register or chooses someone else, we will contact you before pairing you with another attendee.
Hotel-Style Rooms: Located in the Blue Ridge Center, Asheville Hall, Weatherford Hall, and Lotz Lodge. These private rooms feature Wi-Fi and private bathrooms and are a short walk from the main meeting spaces.
Lodge-Style Rooms: Located in Breazeale Lodge, Hibbard Hall, and Barnhardt Lodge. These heated rooms feature Wi-Fi, common areas, and shared bathrooms and are also within walking distance of the meeting spaces.
