Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice renowned for its extensive health benefits. By combining physical movements and mental concentration, it can improve the flow of Qi (vital life energy) and balance, build strength, relieve stress, and enhance sleep quality.
In this class, you will explore the foundational philosophy underlying this ancient martial art alongside fundamental (Chen Style) movements and concepts. All exercises are performed in a gentle, relaxed manner, making this program accessible to individuals of all fitness levels. Join us to improve your mobility and strength in a safe and supportive environment.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and flat shoes (avoid heels and boots).

Emilie’s classes, memberships for indoor playground, school walkovers, PA Day programs, pottery studio and fitness memberships and tickets are NON- REFUNDABLE.
