SPEAKER TOPIC: Rhythms of Leadership: Carla Compton’s Story

Carla Compton was elected as the MLA for Tuxedo in 2024. Born in Winnipeg, Carla has been a Registered Nurse and practiced in both Saskatchewan and Manitoba for 19 years.

Prior to being elected, she was a hemodialysis nurse at St. Boniface Hospital and a small business owner.

Using her passion and knowledge for public health, Carla utilizes her current role to advocate ways that can improve the livelihood of all Manitobans.
