Music 'N' Mavens

It’s a proven fact that one of the strongest forms of connection can be made through music and culture. It builds bridges of communication between various cultures, allowing us to learn from each other. This year's beloved Music 'N' Mavens series does just this.

This year’s edition of the long-standing series features a total of 19 presentations, inclusive of concerts and speakers. Events run Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 pm, January 7 through to March 27. 

All programs will take place at the Rady JCC, located at 123 Doncaster Street, save for one concert to be performed at Gwen Secter Creative Living Centre, 1588 Main Street.

There are many different ways to attend our music performances, from full and mini concert passes to individual concert tickets. Once again this year, there is no charge to attend any of our speakers' programs, but we require advance regisration and will also accept donations at the door.

Music ‘N’ Mavens would not be possible this year without the support of our incredible partners and sponsors including the Babs Asper Centre for Cultural Arts, The Asper Foundation, the Jewish Federation of Winnipeg, Winnipeg Arts Council, Manitoba Arts Council, the Lampe Family Fund at the Winnipeg Foundation, United Way Winnipeg, and Classic 107.
