Description:

Our Learn to Row program is the first step in the learning path for anyone starting out in rowing.  You'll attend six 2-hour classes, where qualified coaches will help you acquire the fundamental skills needed to become a competent rower.  Through on-land and on-water instruction, you will become acquainted with the basics of rowing movement, safety, terminology, and commands. Depending on class size, you will have the chance to row in different boat sizes and configurations.

If you purchase an ERC membership in the same year that you complete your learn-to-row course, you will receive a $280 discount on your membership. You can receive an extra discount if you also complete our Learn to Train lessons before purchasing your membership.

Available spots: 16/16

Price: $240.00 Taxes included

Required age: 12 - 17 years old on the day of the activity

Notes: To participate in a rowing activity, you must be a Rowing Canada Aviron and an Alberta Rowing Association member.
