Description:
A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. Strength uses a barbell, weight plates, and bodyweight exercises. Cardio used bodyweight only. Both blast all major muscle groups. Intermediate-Advanced fitness levels. Ages 16+.
Required age: Over 12 years old on the day of the activity
