This class is an hour long focused on a tank session in the state-of-the-art Rowing Center. Each participant focuses on technical development through a progression of drills and steady state rowing. The opportunity to be filmed and projected on the large screen (while you row) is an incredible teaching tool for our coaches and a comprehensive learning tool for our participants. These classes are ideal for athletes of all ages who have completed LTR and Novice classes, to explore and expand on your technical proficiency in a safe and controlled environment.
