It's nearly time to get on the water! We are almost ready to take the skills we've been honing all winter to Duxbury Bay. This final indoor session of the Spring will be "pre-season" for our first on-the-water Inclusion Rowing Team.

This program provides an inclusive and supportive  environment for high school aged youth with varying abilities to learn to row indoors. Students must be able to maintain core stability in a seated position and move independently on a rowing machine.

Past participants of our inclusion programs have had developmental disabilities, TBIs, Down Syndrome, limb differences, Autism, and mobility challenges. Supportive erg seats and hand supports are available.
