Adults, please take the helm! DBMS is excited to offer a brand new and expanded on-water boater’s education course this summer. During this two day class students will spend a total of 8 hours on the water and at the wheel with USCG certified Captains. Modeled after “Driver’s Education,” our Captains will instruct while you navigate Duxbury Bay and Plymouth Harbor. Covered topics include safety, navigation, boat handling, docking, anchoring, and advanced maneuvers. All our instructor Captains have years of experience on small and large vessels. If you’re looking for the highest level of instruction and an invaluable opportunity, this is the class to sign up for. 

New this year! Students can sign up for ourMEP Boater’s License course (Safe Power Boating) at a discounted rate to complete their certification getting behind the wheel. The MEP License course is now REQUIRED by law to operate in Massachusetts. After registering you will receive a discount to our MEP course.
