Description :
This one hour private lesson takes advantage of our state of the art Rowing Center and/or our on the water equipment. One-on-one coaching is tailored to the individual's skill level, goals, and physical condition. The coach will focus on technique, form, and efficiency, offering personalized feedback to help you improve. Private rowing lessons are ideal for those who want to improve their technique, build confidence, or prepare for a competition. The one-on-one attention allows for detailed, focused improvement tailored to individual needs.
Âge requis : Plus de 18 ans au jour de l'activité
Prérequis : Competent Swimmer
