Do you want to play with abstraction? Join Teaching Artist Lisa Leskien as she leads you through representing a common object realistically and then abstracting the shapes. This concept will be explored through drawing first, then with acrylic paint. Participants can expect to create 3 small paintings that go from recognizable to abstract, keeping the important art concepts of value, composition, form, and colour in mind.

All materials are provided in the cost of this workshop.
