Students, please take the helm! DBMS is excited to offer a brand new and expanded on-water boater’s education course this summer. During this two-day class, students will spend a total of 8 hours on the water and at the wheel with USCG certified Captains. Modeled after “Driver’s Education,” our Captains will instruct while your student navigates Duxbury Bay and Plymouth Harbor. Covered topics include safety, navigation, boat handling, docking, anchoring, and advanced maneuvers. IMPORTANT! Students can also add-on our two-day MEP Boater’s License course (Safe Power Boating) at a discounted rate to complete their certification. The MEP License course is now REQUIRED by law to operate in Massachusetts. To ADD the license course, please select "Safe Power Boating" as an additional course when registering.
