Welcome to All Star Cheerleading with Cheer Integrity Athletics! We are so excited for you to become a member of our rapidly growing family! Cheerleading is a unique team sport that combines elements of gymnastics, dance, and acrobatics to create an exciting competitive routine filled with cheerleading skills like jumps, pyramids, moving transitions, and basket tosses. This sport requires athleticism, strength, flexibility, coordination, dedication, endurance, and an unwavering sense of teamwork. As a competitive team sport, cheerleading requires all athletes to help their teammates to succeed. Additionally, this sport has a large and unique social aspect that serves to teach good sportsmanship, and personal accountability, while improving self-confidence and leadership skills. It gives athletes the chance to expend energy positively, become self-sufficient, and above all else, create new friends and experiences. Cheer Integrity Athletics is an exciting new athletic program in Winnipeg, Manitoba whose primary purpose is to shape and empower athletes through mentoring while also promoting positivity and respect throughout our growing community.
