
Our outdoor yoga and mindfulness program for kids is a great way to keep kids engaged, healthy and relaxed. We provide yoga classes held in the outdoors surrounded by nature. Our experienced instructors guide kids through physical poses while also teaching them breathing exercises, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. The program focuses on helping kids develop mind-body awareness and build a positive relationship with their bodies.
