
Our outdoor yoga and mindfulness program for kids is a great way to keep kids engaged, healthy and relaxed. We provide yoga classes held in the outdoors surrounded by nature. Our experienced instructors guide kids through physical poses while also teaching them breathing exercises, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. The program focuses on helping kids develop mind-body awareness and build a positive relationship with their bodies.
Through our program, we hope to instill self-confidence, discipline, resilience and an appreciation for the natural environment. We provide individualized instruction tailored to each child’s age group, skill level and interests.
Our classes are designed to be fun while promoting physical activity and mental focus. In addition to yoga postures, we also offer creative art and mindfulness activities and games.
We believe that this program can help children learn valuable life skills that will benefit them in the long run. Our instructors create an atmosphere of acceptance and support where every child is encouraged to express themselves with confidence and respect for others.

The Little Yogis program is developed specifically with the young child in mind and in line with their developmental abilities. When taught in a way in a relatable way, yoga can help young children develop body awareness, learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way, manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement. It helps them build concentration, increase their confidence and positive self-image, and feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group.

For children in this age group, stress is something they are only just learning about, and they often don’t know what it is or how to handle it. Our fun and engaging 45 minute class provides them with effective and appropriate tools to help them manage their emotions.
Other benefits of yoga for this age group (and any age for that matter) includes the following and is not limited to: Improving memory and cognitive function, improving sleep, strength and breathing, and improving self-regulation, determination and perseverance.
During the summer, we use our camp-themed curriculum to make the classes extra fun!
