The following clear payment and cancellation policy plays a vital role in maximizing the coordination of staff and class management. More importantly, it significantly contributes to the overall effectiveness of the learning environment.

I) School Year classes (Fall, Winter, Spring)

For all members:
All MUST BE Term-based commitment. *Minimum deposit:* *$100 or $150 minimum deposit depending on the class ($100 from this payment is non-refundable)* *is required upon registration. All of the deposit will apply to the tuition.* The full amount of the deposit will be refunded only if the class is canceled by Storming Robots. *In case of recurring:* 1st payment will take place about one month prior to term start. *In case of full payment:* It is due 2 weeks prior to term start. *In case of lacking payment:* Maximum of two email attempts and one phone call will be placed for following up. After all failed attempts to obtain proper confirmation and payment, the seat will be removed. The deposit will not be refundable.
For New Members: to gain eligibility, a student is required to either:
Pass the Assessment Evaluation – please sign up for a 45-minute assessment test. OR send in one of the qualified standardized test s.
Cancellation/Late Payment policy for both new and returning:
* Notification of Withdrawal MUST be received in writing by email (office@stormingrobots.com). No tuition carry-over to the following Term. "No show"** does not negate payment obligation.
Before Term starts:
> 2 weeks	100% Refund minus $100 deposit (if applicable)
> 1 weeks	50% Refund of Full Term Tuition minus $100 deposit
Otherwise	No refund

II. Summer Workshops (Late June to end of August)

All tuition fees are required to be completed before classes start.
A $250 deposit is required to reserve a seat. $50 from this payment is non-refundable. Deposit will be fully applied to the tuition. The remaining balance can be broken down into months with a minimum of $100 till June 30th. "No show" does not negate your obligation of payment. No Workshop/Week Transfers are allowed within two weeks before your workshop. No Make-up sessions allowed during Summer Workshops

Notification Received	Refund Deadlines
Prior to May 15th	100 % minus $50 non-refundable deposit
May 15th to June 15th	50 % minus $50 non-refundable deposit
After June 15th	No Refund
	The only Exception: "unforeseeable" medical reason. A letter of verification from your child's doctor is required.

III) Recurring Payment Policy

To keep the recurring service for all our students' families at no cost, we must work with a manageable process. The following lists the simple rules:

A credit card payment method is required. Full-term payment must be received if payment is made by check.
All payments will be processed on the 6th within a month. For example, your registration was submitted on the 12th, and your first recurring payment will be on the 6th in the following month.
The first recurring tuition payment must be submitted a minimum of three weeks before the beginning of a term.
$15.00 Administrative cost for each declined recurring payment.
- Storming Robots provides recurring payment services at our expense but at no additional cost. However, each payment decline incurs additional fees and administrative costs. Therefore, it is vital that you update your CC payment information at our new parental portal. $15.00 will be automatically added to your account for each declined recurring charge.

IV) Code of Conduct

It's essential to establish clear expectations to ensure a positive learning environment and maintain a conducive atmosphere for all participants. The outlined precautionary measures for repeated disruptive behavior include:

Requiring parents to be present at the center while this offending student is attending classes.
Terminating the offending student's participation - completely at the administration's discretion.
