PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

School Year classes _______________

Apply to all term-based programs except Summer Workshops.

For all members:
- All MUST BE Term-based commitment (i.e. Fall, Winter, Spring)
- $60 non-refundable deposit (apply to the tuition) is required upon registration.
- In case of recurring: 1st payment will take place about one month prior to term starts.
- In case of full payment: It is due 2 weeks prior to term starts.
- In case of lacking payment: Maximum two emails attempts and one phone call will be placed for following up. Seat will be removed after all attempts have failed to obtain proper confirmation and payment.
For new member:
- Due to scheduling difficulty and most classes reaching full capacity, we regret that we can no longer provide trial period.
- First time Roboclub member registration fee of $30 is non-refundable in any circumstances.

Cancellation/Late Payment policy for both new and returning:

$60 is non-refundable, but it will be applied towards the tuition fee. Deposit will be refunded only if session is being cancelled by Storming Robots.
*** Notification of Withdrawal MUST be received in writing by either e-mail.
Prior to Term starts:
> 4 weeks	100% Refund minus Deposit (if applicable)
> 2 weeks	Refund 50% of Full Term Tuition minus Deposit
Otherwise	No refund

No tuition carry-over to the next term.
"No show" does not negate payment obligation.

Payment Policy for Late Registration. There will be an one-week grace period after the first class. Otherwise, $14.00 late payment will be applied.

Summer Workshops _______________

$250 deposit is required to reserve a seat.(fully applied to the tuition)
Remaining balance can be broken down into monthly with minimum $100 till June 30th.
All tuition fees are required to be completed prior to classes.

Notification Received	Refund Deadlines
Prior to May 15th	100 % minus $60 non-refundable deposit
May 15th to June 15th	50 % minus Administrative Cost
After June 15th	No Refund
	The only Exception: "unforeseeable" medical reason. Letter of verification from your child's doctor is required.
Important Note: "No show" does not negate your obligation of payment. No Workshop/Week Transfers are allowed within two weeks prior to your workshop. If a participant repeatedly violates the code of conduct or commits serious disciplinary offenses, participation will be terminated at the administration’s discretion without refund. All of staff assignment and classes preparation work has been completed according to registration by May. This refund policy is put in place in order to conduct proper coordination of staff and classes management, as well as being fair to those who may have been declined as a result of full enrollment.

(III) Recurring Payment Policy _______________

In order for us to keep the recurring service free for all our students' families, we must work with a manageable process. The following lists the simple rules:

Credit card payment method is required. Full term payment must be received if payment is made by check.
All payments will be processed on a following 10th, 20th, or 30th (or 28th in February) within a month. For example, your registration submitted on the 12th, your first recurring payment will be on the 20th.
The first recurring tuition payment must be submitted minimum three weeks prior to the beginning of a term.
$10.00 Administrative cost for each declined recurring payment.
- Storming Robots provides recurring payments service at our expense, but with no additional cost to you. However, each payment decline incurs additional fee, and administrative cost. Therefore, it is important that you will update your CC payment information at our new parental portal. $10.00 will be automatically added to your account for each declined recurring charge.

COVID POLICY

Safety measures for In-person classes:

All students / instructors must have been fully vaccinated. Proof is required.
- How? Email us the student's vaccination record image.
- Do not have access to your vaccination card? There is a very easy way to access a digital record through this Docket app- a CDC-approved application. Just install the mobile app and send the image of the record.
If you are not fully-vaccinated, you must show proof of show a negative COVID-19 viral test taken no longer the day prior to class.
Continue to conduct extreme caution, and closely observe CDC guidance.
Wear well-fitted face mask at all time.
To greatly reduce the traffic:
- Classes are limited to 75% capacity.
- Please do note: Only students should enter the building during classes duration. Thus, parents should not enter the building in order to minimize the crowd.
- Since we do have many families coming from long distance, here shows locations of starbucks which offer comfortable seating while waiting. See the map.
SR continues to follow CDC guideline, such as temperature checks, prior to entering classroom.
Students will be asked to wear masks at all times.

What if an in-person class student reported Covid-19 tested positive?

See CDC Ending Isolation and Precautions for People with COVID-19: Interim Guidance. Other students from the same class will be required to email us a copy of their negative Covid-19 test result before being permitted to return to class within 10 days from the test date. Depending on the duration and situation, affected class will be changed to be held online.

You may also obtain NAAT tests (more accurate) which you can easily schedule an appointment at a large pharmacy chain store, such as Walgeen, CVS, or Rite-aid, or consult your physician.
