3 Rides/Week - Indoor Bike Club on Zwift and Training Peaks

The Indoor Bike Club is an awesome option for those who enjoy cycling as a way to keep fit over the winter months so they can get out and crush long rides with their friends in the Summer or enjoy bike tours around the world.

If you're looking for a more structured training plan for triathlon, we recommend the Basic Custom Plan for beginners or short distance triathletes and the Premium Custom Plan for the Half Iron to Ironman distances. These programs include the option to join our group rides on Zwift!

Bike Club Includes: 3 structured workouts per week created on Training Peaks that load up into your Zwift account. Two 90 minute workouts and one 60 minute workout will be added to your calendar every week with the option to move them to different dates if needed. You can do them on the specified day or move them in your calendar with your *Premium Training Peaks account which is included in your membership. Also includes heart rate and power zone monitoring by Head Coach, Julia Aimers to be sure that you are training in your specific training zones.

These workouts are imported from Training Peaks to Zwift and may be done live with a coach or on your own. If you love riding to music, every workout synchs with a specially created Apple playlist. As the season progresses, different training blocks are created with the focus being a peak in Summer cycling fitness.

Over holiday weekends and the 2 week Christmas Holiday Break meet-ups will be planned but no coach will be present on Discord. A great opportunity to get to know your teammates better!

Your monthly fee includes $12/month Training Peaks Premium membership!

Ironman Ottawa Virtual Group Training (Includes Group Swims!) - Starts Nov 1st

Due to the success of our 70.3 virtual group program last season, we are launching a new virtual group training program to complete the Ironman in Ottawa in 2025!!

The program is designed by Head Coach Julia Aimers on Training Peaks to have you ready to race next Summer. Coach Julia will lead the monthly Zoom calls and keep you on track on all things Ironman training related!

Benefits of the Program Include:

Weekly structured workouts on Training Peaks based on watts, paces and heart rate.

Coached weekly tracking of workouts, heart rates, paces and watts and weekly comments.

$13/month Training Peaks Premium membership.

Recorded Zoom Meet-Up with Coach Julia, monthly on a Sunday morning at 9:00am.  (These meetings will be a check-in on training, Q and A, and on specific Ironman related topics.)

Access to any of our group swims on Monday 6:30am OR Wednesday 1:00pm OR Friday at 6:30am until the end of June.

Access to live group classes on Zwift 6:30am OR 8:00am Thursday & 8:00am Saturday. These classes can also be done on your own time/schedule.
