Registration Deadline and Activity Cancellations

To ensure proper planning and organization of Champaign Park District activities, registration deadlines for activities are 7 days prior to the start date of the activity unless otherwise noted. Activities that have met the minimum registration requirement will remain open after the deadline if available.

If an activity does not meet the minimum required number of participants or must be canceled for any other reason, staff will notify all registered participants promptly. In the event of a cancellation, participants will be informed no later than 5 days before the scheduled start date.

WAITLIST POLICY: If you register on a wait list and a spot becomes available, you will receive an email allowing 24 hours to register for the activity. Please waitlist only for programs that you are highly interested in and that will fit your schedule.

IMPORTANT: When setting up your new registration account, please do not unsubscribe to emails from the Park District. This will eliminate all email correspondence including important information regarding program-specific changes and cancellations.
